The Wallingford Parks and Recreation offers a variety of health and fitness programs at a reasonable price. Classes are offered throughout the week and weekend, morning and nights. Sample classes include an 11-week prenatal yoga for $60, an average of $65 for different level 12-week yoga classes, 13 weeks of zumba for only $36 and $36 for a 12-week kettlebell training or bootcamp.
