The Oregon Family to Family Health Information Center

The Oregon Family to Family Health Information Center (F2F HIC) provides information to families who are navigating the complex world of special health care needs. The Oregon F2F HIC is a network of parents who have firsthand experience raising a child or youth with a chronic health condition, developmental delay or disability, or emotional/behavioral challenges. Services include a toll-free number throughout Oregon that parents, caregivers and others can call for support, resources, and information regarding special needs. The Oregon F2F HIC also provides informational workshops, a monthly newsletter, and a website clearinghouse of federal and state programs related to special needs.

The Oklahoma Family Network (OFN) Family-to-Family Health Information Center

A center which is devoted to family centered care and one-to-one support for families of children with special health care needs and disabilities. OFN informs and connects individuals with special health care needs and disabilities, their families and professionals to services and supports in their communities. OFN supports families in navigating the maze of health care and other supports, and provides opportunities to strengthen your community through leadership development and volunteering

The Oklahoma Parents Center

The Oklahoma Parents Center is a statewide parent training and information center serving parents of children with disabilities whose goal is to educate and support parents, families and professionals in building partnerships that meet the needs of children and youth with the full range of disabilities ages birth to 26

The Special Parent Information Network (SPIN)

A parent to parent organization in Hawaii that provides information, support and referral to parents of children and young adults with disabilities and the professionals who serve them.

Learning Disabilities Association of Hawaii

To enhance education, work and life opportunities for children and youth with disabilities by empowering them and their families through information, training and mentoring, and by public outreach and advocacy.

Parent to Parent of Georgia

A variety of support, informational and educational services to Georgia families impacted by disabilities or special healthcare needs.

FOCUS

Offers comfort, hope, and fun to families with children who are medically fragile or have significant developmental or physical disabilities through a variety of programs.

Marcus Autism Center

A not-for-profit organization and subsidiary of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta that treats more than 5,500 children with autism and related disorders a year.
