I am not usually super political. In fact, I avoid political debates whenever possible, but when I heard Donald Trump’s call to ban all Muslims from entering the U.S. (even if they are returning citizens) and witnessed the response from his supporters, I literally got sick to my stomach.
Not because it’s a political issue , but because it is outright bigotry. For my kids, I’m putting “The Donald” in a TIME OUT for propagating fear and hatred. Attitudes like this will not create a safer world for my/our kids. We need real solutions, NOT more hate, racism and fear.
