San Diego Regional Center Respite - In-Home respite is care provided in the child's home by YMCA staff to care for children with developmental disabilities. Out-of-Home respite is care provided outside of the child's home in a licensed child care facility. Care may be provided either in a licensed child care center or in a licensed family child care home. Family child care homes are run by individuals who are licensed by the state to have a child care business in their home.
