Offers a continuum of care services in four (4) modalities: residential, therapeutic living, intensive outpatient, and outpatient. The following services are offered to all clients enrolled in the HKO substance abuse treatment program: registration, assessment, treatment service planning, individual counseling and therapy, group counseling and therapy, individual and group skill building, psycho- educational classes, social services referral/linkage, client advocacy and support, monitoring/follow-up, culturally appropriate self-help group experiences, and employment counseling and training.

Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP)

ASAP is a comprehensive program that provides services to active duty service members, Army Reserves/National Guardsmen (while on active duty), family members and Department of Defense civilians. The multi-faceted program is comprised of clinical and non-clinical functions, to include: Prevention Education, Clinical Counseling Services, Suicide Prevention & Education, Military and Civilian Drug Testing, Risk Reduction, Employee Assistance Program and Adolescent Substance Abuse Counseling Service (ASACS).

Provides outpatient and residential treatment for individuals addicted to alcohol and/or other drugs.

State of Hawaii, Department of Health: Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division (ADAD)

The primary and often sole source of public funds for substance abuse treatment. ADAD’s treatment efforts are designed to promote a statewide culturally appropriate, comprehensive system of services to meet the treatment and recovery needs of individuals and families. Treatment services have, as a requirement, priority admission for pregnant women and injection drug users.

The Perinatal Addiction Treatment of Hawaii (PATH) Clinic

Provides quality OB/GYN care for women with past or present difficulties with substance abuse. Clinical services and program services are provided in a warm home-like setting that supports each woman's unique path from pregnancy to capable parent. Not a substance abuse program, but services include substance abuse pre-treatment through assessments, education, skill building and counseling. Comprehensive services also include pediatric care, psychiatric care, childcare, case management, social service referrals, classes, and activities.
