Listening to music is a great way to enjoy baby time
Some of the best love songs ever written have nothing to do with romance. In fact, pregnancy and parenthood have inspired musicians from Stevie Wonder to Reba McEntire to John Lennon to write some killer tunes. Since Single Moms with new babies are sometimes weepy anyway, why not have a nice hormonal cry while listening to those tunes?
Behold the Pregnancy Playlist: 10 songs about the heart-exploding, mind-blowing love a mother feels for her child, even before that baby’s born. We’ve given each song a “best” or “most likely” award because, well, everything’s better with high school yearbook–style awards.
Now, go grab a few boxes of tissues, log on to Spotify, and enjoy!
