Welcome to Shoreline Workforce Development Services, the education, training and employment division of Goodwill Industries of Santa Cruz, Monterey and San Luis Obispo Counties. We provide workforce development services designed to assist people with barriers to employment as they maximize the use of their abilities in the competitive labor market. We also assist people who may be vocationally disadvantaged due to changes in the labor market, job loss, etc. Our services include evaluation, situational assessment, vocational exploration, classroom and on-the-job training programs, placement assistance and supported employment.
