Northeast Opportunities for Wellness, Inc. (NOW) is a non-profit human service organization dedicated to the promotion of youth wellness. NOW provides education in nutrition and instruction in fitness and sports, regardless of access to financial resources.

The Wallingford Parks and Recreation offers a variety of health and fitness programs at a reasonable price. Classes are offered throughout the week and weekend, morning and nights. Sample classes include an 11-week prenatal yoga for $60, an average of $65 for different level 12-week yoga classes, 13 weeks of zumba for only $36 and $36 for a 12-week kettlebell training or bootcamp.

New Haven MOMS Partnership


The MOMS Partnership is a collaboration of agencies across the City of New Haven that work together to support the wellbeing of mothers and families living in the city. The collaboration includes: The Diaper Bank, All Our Kin, Clifford Beers Clinic, the State of Connecticut Department of Children and Families, the Housing Authority of New Haven, New Haven Healthy Start, the New Haven Health Department, New Haven Public Schools, and the Yale School of Medicine.
