The Lower Naugatuck Valley Parent Child Resource Center (PCRC) has been serving families in the towns of Ansonia, Derby, Oxford, Seymour, Shelton and the surrounding area since 1975. It is the leading provider of behavioral health services to children and families in the Lower Naugatuck Valley, serving more than 1,200 children each year, including many who suffer from serious behavioral and emotional problems, trauma, abuse, and neglect. It offers clinical, early childhood, family support, and community partnerships services.
