Special Kids Special Families is a Colorado non-profit 501(c)3 organization founded in 1998 to provide community support services to families who are raising youth and caring for adults with developmental disabilities and special needs. Our organization noted the lack of community services for youth and adults with developmental disabilities. Respite care, specialized foster care, adult day programs, and family preservation services have evolved from this need.
